Courts - Use & Care

Our 3 Polyclay Surface courts do not require watering, and very little bagging.
They are not available on holy days such as Good Friday, Christmas Day or Sunday mornings during church services.

Please read and abide by the Guidelines posted on fences & clubrooms. In summary:
  • Wear Proper Shoes – herringbone sole
  • No Glass on court
  • No soft drinks
  • Only play if no surface water
  • Do NOT bag if the surface is wet/damp.
  • In dry conditions, Bag whenever surface is “cut up” from sliding or other signs of heavy play.
  • ALL Visitors are to be signed in and paid for at clubhouse BEFORE play.
Etiquette
  • All players are kindly requested, when courts are in use, to walk around and use the gates to access an empty court, rather than interrupt by crossing Courts that are being used.
  • Be aware of others – play 2 if ball comes across during play, contain temper and language.
  • Please park in the street or in the church carpark.
  • Be considerate of all Members and their desire to enjoy a game of tennis.
  • When all 3 Courts are in use, limit your Court usage to 1 hour.
  • When Courts are in demand, each group/family occupy only 1 Court.
