INFORMATION

Points System

• Tie Break at 5-5
• Win - 4 points
• Each Set - 1 point
• Draw - 5 points each
• Washout - 1 point each set won, and half a point for each undecided set
• If one team is in a winning position - 4 points, otherwise 2 points each
• Bye - 0 points
• Winning Team is determined by the most games won

Rules

• All players must be available at the courts at 7:00 PM.
• Wear tennis shoes (herringbone soles) and appropriate tennis dress.
• Team Captains are responsible for organising their team and entering the scores on the score sheet.
• WASH-OUTS will be officially called from the courts at 7:15 PM. If you fail to front and matches are played your team will forfeit the sets you should have played in.
• To minimise noise in St Andrew’s Street please park your car in St Andrew’s car parks.
• Keep noise around courts to a minimum, especially after 9:30PM

​Replacement Players
If unable to play, YOU must arrange a replacement player using the sequence below:

1. Contact the player in the BYE team who is of the same ranking as yourself-- if unsuccessful
2. Refer to the Club Member Emergency Player List and contact a player who is the same ranking as yourself--- if still unsuccessful
3. Refer to the non-member Emergency Player List and contact a player who is the same ranking as yourself.
4. LET YOUR TEAM CAPTAIN KNOW THE REPLACEMENT ARRANGEMENTS​
